Congruency:  All means are congruent with and supportive of their intended ends.

Promotion of Leadership:  We do not rely on leaders but each endeavor to be leaders and mentors.

Personal Responsibility:  We do not look to hold accountability with another until we have checked ourselves on the same charge.

Change begins with me:  "We must be the change we wish to see in the world," living and modeling the principles of our conscious choosing.
